Wild Flower

Today is definitely not my day but I still want to show some images of this year’s first wildflower that I took the other day. I’m physically healthy but I have no idea what’s up with the other. Quotes are a way of expressing myself where I choose what suits today’s mood.

The last choice may not be completely consistent but there is an underlying humor and tragic reality.
Now I wonder if anyone even noticed the flowers that was my intention to show, then it ended like this…

    Yes, we all have been erasing this line, slowly but surely. :p It’s not easy to keep ourselves in check all the time. Good thing we have our dogs. (Your blog is the only one with the same problem as mine: as I’m writing my comment, I keep returning into the gallery. The trick is to refresh the page before starting the comment, I tell my visitors. I suppose you do the same. 🙂 It works!) And yes, it’s a pretty flower.

          I know what you mean and sometimes it feels a bit frustrating. Especially if you write a long comment that just disappears. Thank you for making me aware of this, that people who comment have the same problem at my site.

    A pretty wildflower (is it the same one, because on every photo it looks a little different than the previous one?)
    As for your quotes – I like the one of Charles Bukowski the most. When we want to do something “out of the norm”, our friends will react with “but you’re crazy” … but after reading Charles’ quote, I will be quite happy to hear it 😉.

    Min favorit är Mark Twain men jag gillar alla citat. Självklart har jag även sett blommorna. Helt fantastiskt fina makro bilder! Det var inte min bästa dag heller. Du är inte ensam. Ha en bättre dag imorgon!

    Yes, your quotes were so good, it did detract a little from the images, but I did look at them. 😊 If it’s any consolation/applicable, my wife has felt a little low after leaving Switzerland (wondering whether we did the right thing). But I’m sure any angst that you may have will soon disappear when you get settled in your new home. 😊

      Thanks a lot for your kind words and thoughtful comment Mike! I have never regereted that we left Malta, that was a good decision. But, sometimes it feels a bit frustrating that we have to rent this house here in Tsada. We had decided from the beginning to buy a house “Ready to move in”, but now it did not happen and there is a lot left to do before we can move in. But, I’m lucky to be a part of all this. A few years ago we almost moved to Borneo, but then realized you cannot have a dog over there and so on…
      Life is an exciting journey 😀

    I love daisy flowers and the pink/white mix in these photos is really pretty.. it’s like the daisy flowers harvest the light and then shine it back at us to cheer us up!

    Beautiful flower shots. The last choice reminds me when the internet was just getting started good and everyone was building websites (including me) that had a button of some kind on it saying not to push it, and of course everyone would, so you make a link that went out to something funny. LOL.

    En skir men ändå så robust blomma på dina vackra närbilder. Kanske avspeglade det din sinnesstämning när du gjorde inlägget? Citatet om sanningen gillar jag. Jag tänker på hur ni har ordnat och donat de senaste åren, på Borneo och sen på Malta. Klart att det kan bli för mycket när ni nu inte kunde flytta rakt in i ett färdigt hus. Men snart är ni där i ert underbara hus!

      Tack så mycket för dina tankar. När det gäller huset vi köpt här på Cypern gjorde vi precis tvärtemot vad vi båda bestämt från början!!! Huset skulle vara färdigt att flytta in i med möjligen enstaka detaljer som målning av vägg eller annat smått att fixa. Det skulle finnas centralvärme, dubbelglasade fönster, inga väggar skulle rivas/flyttas och heller inga andra stora byggnadsförändringar. Huset skulle vara på ett plan med tanke på att vi inte längre är unga och trappor kan bli ett hinder i framtiden.
      Hahaa… för att komma in i huset som är på två våningar har vi en lång trappa, 31 steg, jag har räknat och funderat på hur det ska gå när man storhandlat. Alla fönster måste bytas till dubbelglasade, alla golv i huset ska täckas med nytt kakel / laminat, vardagsrummet ska byggas ut och ett förråd ska förvandlas till tvättstuga. Ingen uppvärmning finns så solpaneler ska läggas på taket… nä, nu måste jag sluta för det finns hur mycket som helst kvar, hela köket ska dessutom bytas ut….. pust! Det blev inte alls som vi bestämt men bra blir det förhoppningsvis när det är färdigt :))

        Det blir inte alltid som man tänkt sig, men snart är ni vid målet, ett jättefint hus. Vad gäller den långa trappan så får ni ordna en mathiss på något vis, haha.

          Jodå, vi har haft många tankar och ideér när det gäller att “hissa ner”. Det är först när man har den där långa trappan som man inser vad lätt det en gång var UTAN den långa trappan 🤣

      Hi and thanks for your comment. To think and formulate yourself is of course better that to use what other have said. But, there are times when I can’t find the words and I use quotes to convey what I really want to say. We are all different, fortunately or not 😁
