Almond Blossoms

Now the almond trees are in full bloom here in Cyprus.

The trees themselves are impressive but it pays to look closely to enjoy their lovely flowers.

In addition to the beautiful flowers, there are the nuts.
Did you knot that almonds are among the healthiest nuts you can eat, loaded with benefits.
I myself I eat almonds every day, mixed with fresh fruit, honey and Greek yogurt for breakfast. Yummy.

      Thank you Mike. The other day we had 24 degrees °C and it felt really hot in the sun, then it dropped to 14 and today we have something in between. Typically the month of March 😁⛅️☔️

    Gillar mandlar, speciellt i “träd-form” som du visar. Så himla vackert! Äter sällan mandlar, förutom i glögg under adventstiden. Mandelmassa i semlor gillar jag inte, så den skrapar jag alltid bort;-)

    Trädet, knopparna, blomman, mandeln – fint att du visar hela kedjan. Jag tycker mycket om den första trädbilden, så underbar blomning. Och knopparna, dem är jag förtjust i. Den tydligt rosa mitten på blommorna gör dem extra vackra. Ljuvlig mandelblomsserie!
