Here’s a mix of photos from my recent nature walks with my dogs here in Paphos. Small, everyday finds, wildflowers, insects, and whatever caught my eye along the way.

Everywhere, yet here I am photographing one.
A rusty barrel. What remains, slowly returning to the earth.
Giant Fennel.
One of many firebugs, resting on a leaf.
Green and yellow are the colors that dominate the landscape this time of the year, painting the surroundings in quiet shades of spring.

Another small visitor on a spring flower.
A yellow bud about to open.
Two hearts in the spring light.
Yes… another fly.
Small insects and wildflowers for now, while I’m waiting for the butterflies to arrive. They’re taking their time this February in Cyprus.

Evening light over Paphos, a quiet moment before the colours fade.
